Ingredients(Desi recipes)Two cups of cubed and boiled vegetables like:beanscarrotspotatoesdrumsticksraw bananascauliflowerRoast in a little oil one by one and blend toa smooth paste:Two tablespoons cumin seedsTwo tablespoons of coconut, shreddedfive green chilliesHalf packet buttermilkA pinch of turmericSalt to tastethree tablespoons cooking oil for seasoningOne tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped finely

Method(Desi recipes)Add the salt, turmeric and the coconut paste to thebuttermilk.Add the boiled vegetables.Heat on a low flame till the buttermilk mixturereaches a thick texture.Keep stirring continously.Now add the chopped coriander leaves.Season with mustard, curry leaves, hing , cumin andred chillies in hot oil.Heat hot with plain rice.
